Mrs. Dux Signs

Crash, Boom, Bang!! We all tried to get out of the coat closet alive when we finally did we got ready for science. When we got there we learned what scuba stands for. If you don't know what it stands for, it's self contained underwater breathing apparatuses.

Then we went to reading with Mrs. Dux. She read us a book called Amazing Rescue Stories.

Next we had spelling and sign language. We had to sign our names to a partner, and then were assigned a worksheet. Finally it was lunch time.

For lunch we had cream turkey and a biscuit YUM!!! At recess we played dodge ball. The games were tied girls: 1 and boys: 1. After recess we were glad to get inside and feel the cool air conditioning.

Then we packed for math. In math we took a pretest and were assigned a worksheet. Then we went to P.E. where we played relays then toilet tag.

After P.E. we went to social studies.Thank goodness it was in our home room! We did a really fun worksheet called Zooley. After social studies, it was finally band and study hall.

We went with Mr. Luebbe if we wanted to be in band. He told us about Band Night which was tonight. We can get our instruments if we don't already have them, plus a book, and the optional music stand.

Then we went back to the classroom. It had been a long day. I know I was definitely tired! Brring! The bell went off, and we all hustled out of the classroom and went home.
