Hello. Everybody came in with smiles or tired faces, but we couldn’t wait until we started a new wonderful day. Now I’m going to tell you what we learned and did today. Everyday we learn and get taught more and more.
In science we did our protists, and bacteria reports. We learned a lot about bacteria, and protists. Mrs. Hudson brought a mushroom in a plastic baggy. It was a big, white mushroom. It was cool to see a mushroom at school.
In math we learned about, Word Form, Expanded Form, and Standard Form. We had one small test. It took us all about 2 minutes. It was the smallest test I ever took. Mrs. Mac. is the math teacher. She is nice, and she doesn’t give a lot of homework.
In spelling we did a spelling test, but the best thing in spelling class is signing. It is fun because if you come upon a deaf person you can sign to them. It’s fun.
Today in music we had something that on Fridays we had like free day. That day for free day we learned a new song. Then after music, everybody was singing it.
We didn’t have PE. Good thing because we would’ve had to do something out on the hot track.
Library was the same old same. We had to read and pick some books out.
For lunch, we had a fish sandwich which was good. Then for recess, mostly everyone played football or dodge ball or kickball. But after recess, everybody took a long drink of water.
We didn’t have social studies. Everyone had smiles on their faces. They were happy they didn’t have homework for social studies.
In reading we did compound words like: something, someone. Compound words are easy. We had 3 papers that were on compound words, and they were easy.
We didn’t have band. At study hall we had an ABC. party. The people that didn’t get homework notices or think times got a treat, and the people that got one didn’t get a treat.
But the most important thing is that everybody had fun, and nobody got hurt. But everyone came out of the building with mostly smiles, and a lot of homework. Everyone was happy to go home, play with friends, relax, and do homework.
