Ahhh, what time is it? It’s seven thirty. I’d better get ready for school because I’m roving reporter.
Today in science class we learned about vascular and nonvascular plants. Good thing we didn’t have any homework.
We moapingly walked to reading. When we got there we talked about A Stranger Came Ashore, our first novel.
Next in spelling we took the spelling pretest. Mrs. Dux gave us worksheets twenty through twenty-one.
Yum yum yum. We had a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. It was really good. It was raining so we had inside recess.
Entering math we started off with a timed test. Then we took a test. We had to do twenty problems in ten minutes.
Rushing into social studies we started off with a game called Let’s Bet. It was fun and educational.
Then we raced off to library. We looked at some of the awarded books. We entered music with a warm welcome from Mr. Z. We learned how to read music.
Next during study hall, Tyler changed the roving board. Everyone had homework.
Ring, ring, ring! It looked like it was time to go home. That was a pretty good day. School can be fun, if you want it to be.
