Anubus Masks in Social Studies

There is nothing better in this world than getting up to life- cereal that is. Well it looks like a good day for school. I started off with my usual routine. I don’t want to bore you with the details of what I do every morning, but you know it involves life. Now off to school.

We started off in science. Mrs. Hudson gave us a warm welcome. We did interviews with our classmates. It was a piece of cake.

Instead of reading we went to a play. It was all about being nice. There were things about bullying too.

After that in spelling we started off signing. It was more fun than a barrel full of monkeys. Mrs. Dux gave an assignment to us, it was workbook page 54.

Wow! I could have eaten a horse by lunch time. We had pork patty on a bun. I’m sure it was good enough even though I had PBJ. During recess I played dodge ball.

Next we were off to math. We didn’t do much in math. We just reviewed for a test.

In PE we started off running for 3 minutes around the gym. Then we played a game called... well, I can’t remember the name, but it was fun.

Arriving in social studies class we read about Egypt. They remove the brain by taking a hook and shoving it up their nose. Then they stir it around and let it drip out the nose. We also had to make jackal hats.

Finally it was study hall. Most people went to band. The people that did stay worked on their jackal hats. Some just waited for the bell to ring.

Ring went the bell signaling the end of the day. Everyone packed up their things and lined up. That was a great day.
