It’s my turn to be roving reporter. Thank goodness it’s Friday! That means not a lot to do. Boy was I wrong.

In science we had a worksheet about grouping substances and using vocabulary. The worksheet was fun. It wasn’t from our book like it usually is.

Reading! We had a test to check, and then the rest of the time we worked on our vodcast. I’m in the production crew this time, so I trimmed videos and made front pages for the segments.

# 1 Heritage. There is a candle made by a company called Heritage Falls. Heritage. In spelling we took a test and then started sign language. We listened to Christmas music and signed them.

Our stomachs were rumbling so loud that we couldn’t concentrate on our work. We knew it was time for lunch. We had a hoagie sandwich or a P.B.J.

4+4=8, 2x6=12. As those questions were going through my head. I knew it was time for math. We had a adding and subtracting worksheet, plus a multiplying and dividing decimals worksheet.

Books galore filled the library as we walked in the door. We started with check out and return. Then the rest of the time we read. Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti, Do. We were thinking of that as we came to music, but instead we watched a movie called Fiddler on the Roof.

We didn’t have social studies today, but we had an assignment that wasn’t due until Monday. We had computer instead. We designed year book covers for a contest. I hope mine wins.

French horns and saxophones had lessons today. That means me. Before I was the only saxophone, but now there’s a new member of the group. Michaela started today, so I had to help her learn the notes.

Thank goodness it’s a Friday is what everyone including Mrs. Dux was saying on the way out the door.
