Whew hew! It’s Christmas! No scho-oh yea. It’s only December 4th. Oh well, at least you can be in the holiday mood. Now let’s go on to Roving Reporter.

The start of our day was different from my point of view because I was working on our vodcast “The Jefferson Snoops” du, du, duuuu! Other than that, it was a normal morning.

Our day in science was a handful, but surprisingly light on homework. It started when we turned to page E 11 in our textbook. Once we got done with that, we took out page 232 about molecules, solids, liquids, and gasses. And after acting out a solid, liquid, and a gas, we were told to turn to page E 12 in our textbook, which of course, had a work sheet page for it. So as you see, that was our only assignment in science.

Today in reading, we got 2 worksheets and we had to color one of them. After that, we worked on our vodcast.

With spelling right before lunch, Mrs. Dux assigned us page 74 in our workbook. After that, we signed Christmas songs called “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas”, “I’ll be Home for Christmas”, and “We Wish you a Merry Christmas”.

At lunch, we ate breaded beef patty and then most people played football.

With math after lunch, we started with graphing our 2:00 timings and our L to J test. After doing that for about 5 minutes, we read page 320 were students who didn’t pass our last worksheet had to do page 320. Once we got passed that, we turned to page 322 on the mean, median, and mode where, once again, we had a worksheet on it.

With us still working on basketball in P.E., we worked on our set shots. The set shot is a type of shot that you usually use for free throws.

When we got into social studies, we used the electronic clicker to do an L to J vocabulary quiz. Then we read the end about ancient China with then getting a graphic (G) organizer (O), or what most people call a GO. And then of course we got a worksheet page 27.

In writing we worked on writing in dialog or when you use quotation marks.

Even though it wasn’t Christmas, it’s never too early to start celebrating, so come with me and celebrate!
