Ding Ding! That was the school bell. Now it was time to go into our classroom. We said the pledge right away, and then everyone went to science class.

Science class was an hour. It was long but fun. We did L to J and we checked our homework. What we all learned from L to J was words and definitions. Our homework was a chapter review and that was fifteen questions.

In reading class we do the same thing almost everyday. That is decoding strategies. It’s a hot pink book. What we do is read stories and pronounce words with the sounds. After we read the story, we do a worksheet in our workbook. It’s as easy as a piece of cake. What we learn by doing this is how to read better and faster and not to make a lot of mistakes when we’re reading or talking.

For spelling all we did was practice signing spelling words with a partner. And study spelling words was an assignment for spelling class. When we sign, it helps us with practicing signing and plus when were signing spelling words, it helps us with learning our spelling words too.

WOW!! We ate Pizza Hut Pizza for lunch. That was so delicious. We also had milk, juice, fruit, some cake, and some other things. For recess we had inside recess, thank goodness. We did because it was freezing outside. Everyone was as wild as monkeys at recess. It was loud in the classroom.

Our math class assignment was as easy as saying 1, 2, and 3. It was about a line of symmetry. That is a line drawn drawn through the figure so that each half is a mirror image of the other. Plus we had to check a page we did.

We didn’t have library. We did have PE where we exercised and played stations. Stations are where the teacher has four corners and she says one corner has jump roping, box hockey, push up, and latter. Then she splits you up in those corners and you play that activity, and when she says switch, you go to a different corner. It’s super fun.

In music we’re dancing, and its fun. We know a lot of dance moves. Someday we’ll use those dance moves.

In social studies we did L to J and murals. L to J was easy. Quit a lot of people got them right; at least more than three. The murals we are making are like posters with pictures of what the Mayas had and used. We’re making them with the information we learned when we read the lesson on it.

The last part of the day we had study hall and band. People were working on their homework. We’re all happy we get to go home. Most of us don’t have home work, but some do. Now we’re going to be ready for a new day tomorrow.
