Two More Come True

Simple, yet meaningful! This message rang true as Fairbury FBLA accomplished two more dreams with Heritage Care Center residents. Sophomore Brandon Krause spent time with one resident helping her establish an e-mail account so she can communicate easily with friends and family.
Seniors Heather Barber and Cassi Klaus, sophomore Traci Knobel, and freshman Miranda helped Ruby Adkins with her dream of visiting the family grave site. Members took Ruby and a cousin for lunch at Trailblazer's. The group then helped Ruby place flowers at family graves.
The dreams project brings joy to the lives of everyone involved. Senior residents enjoy seeing a chapter of their lives completed. Members feel the heartwarming compassion when they give to others.
