Fifth Grade Awards Ceremony and School Picnic

Students Enjoy "End of the Year" Activities on May 14th

Fifth grade students at Jefferson Elementary participated in several "last day of school" activities.  In the morning students were honored with certificates that they earned through Accelerated Reader, P.E.,  Perfect Attendance and "Sing Around Nebraska".  Krissy Bell was presented with a special award for the fifth grader who earned the most Accelerated Reader Points throughout the year.  (290 points) 

In the afternoon students went to Rock Creek Station where they played games, ate lunch, viewed a movie about the park and took a tour of the Visitors Center.  To view pictures of the awards ceremony and school picnic - please click here.
