Krissy loves our new class pet.

Today I will put you in the life of a 6th grader!

We first scrambled off to reading. We read a book called "The Blue Jays" by Jim Baker. The book was hilarious.

Next we had math class. I did my two math books, and I really hope to get 100's on both of them.

CHEAP-CHEAP! I walked in to science and I heard Mrs. Hudson's birds. We graded our vocabulary workbook page. Then we got our assignment. OH NO! We have Science homework.

Next it was lunch time. We had chicken breast on a bun. It was yummy. Then we went outside for recess, our favorite time of the day. I played kick ball. It was fun and energetic at the same time. Then gong went the bell. Time really flies when you are having fun.

Next we had sign language class with Mrs. Owen. We were assigned partners. We have to write a story and sign sentences.

Social studies was next. We had a test day. It was a test on the government. Then we had to do workbook pg. 8. I hope I do well.

Study hall time finally came. We got a picture of our new class pet, Jack the rabbit. Cheza ran down stairs to Mrs. Brooks and got the cage. It was so exciting. Everyone went over to the cage to look at Jack. Then everyone got to hold Jack.

We had a very good day. We are very excited to get to know our new pet.
