Kellsie's Roving Reporter

Hello I’m Kellsie, the roving reporter. It started off with a chilly morning. It was pajama day for Spirit Week. Everybody wearing their pajamas was looking ready for bed.

The morning started as we blasted off to reading. We went to the computer lab and took an AR test on A Stranger Came Ashore, a book we have been reading in class. Then we talked about the test.

We headed for spelling. We did Reasoning and Writing. That’s when we work on grammar.

Our next turn was keyboarding. We learned how to look at our grades on the computer. We also looked at our assignments that we did in the past.

Once we stepped in the lunch room the popcorn chicken smelled so good that my nose started popping.

Everybody zoomed to P.E. We did sit up's and shuffle run. Sit ups are when you lay on your back and go up to your knees. The shuffle run is where you stay behind a line, and then you run to another line with two balls on the line, you grab one ball, then run back, and grab the other in the shortest amount of time.

In math we started to grade papers from the day before. We learned where to put the decimals and add them up with numbers.

Science class was busy as we measured objects like blocks, a pencil, germ-x and change or money. Then we wrote down how many kilograms the objects weigh.

Study hall was quiet. Kids worked hard and finished their work. Some kids were upset because they had lots of homework, and some had little but they were still upset.

Well that's the end of the day I hope you enjoyed my roving reporter!
