Our Female Student of the Week is Taryn Hinman, a senior at Fairbury High School. Taryn has been a key leader for the Lady Jeffs volleyball team as both a setter and defensive standout, recently recording her 500th career dig. Earlier this month, she also helped teammate Evelyn Timmons set an NSAA record for kills in a match. Away from the court, Taryn holds leadership roles in Student Council and FCCLA and was named Fairbury’s August Student of the Month, recognizing her positivity, dependability, respect, effort, and integrity.
