NextEra Energy Donates STEM Kits for Students

Students in Jennifer Thomas’ 4th grade Science class had the opportunity to utilize STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) kits to learn about energy transfer, conservation, and renewable energy by building wind turbines. Thank you NextEra Energy for donating the STEM kits!

April Design Contest Winner!

Fairbury Jr. Sr. High School had its Chromebook Background Design Contest for April. It was narrowed down to the top 10 designs.. This is the design that won by an overall staff vote. Voting was completely anonymous, staff could only see the design but not who created it.

Congratulations to Chloe Tracy background winner for April, 11th Grader, on being selected! Great work Chloe!!

Reading Rally Teams Earn High Honors

Step Ahead Early Childhood Program Application

If you have a preschool age child, please fill out the online application for the Step Ahead Early Childhood Program at Central Elementary. This year, applications will be reviewed using a point system. You will be notified at a later date for acceptance into preschool.
