4th Graders Have Special Guest for Nebraska Studies

The 4th graders had a special guest speaker last week as part of their Nebraska History studies. Darci Pesek from the UNL Extension Office came and explained how Native Americans used all parts of the buffalo in order to live. The students were shown how we use livestock animals today. We even played a game to identify what parts of an animal we use in our daily lives. Ask a 4th grader what part of an animal is in a marshmallow, lotion, or chewing gum.
